PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 100.5(d)(7) of Title 8 NYCRR.

Education Law, sections 101(not subdivided), 207(not subdivided), 208(not subdivided), 209(not subdivided), 215(not subdivided), 305(1), (2), 2117(1), 3204(2) and (2-a)
Subject:
Eligible Score Band of an Appeal of the English Language Arts Regents Examination for Eligible English Language Learners (ELLS).
Purpose:
To align with the recent expansion of the eligible score band for appeals for certain regents examinations for all students.
