PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of sections 136.1, 136.2, 136.3 and 136.6 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Purpose:
To conform school health regulations to ch. 58 of the Laws of 2006, ch. 57 of the Laws of 2013, and ch. 373 of the Laws of 2016.
