PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/5/15, the PSC adopted an order addressing the petitions for rehearing, reconsideration and/or clarification of the Commission's February 25, 2014 Order Taking Actions to Improve the Residential and Small Non-Residential Retail Access Markets.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b) and 66(1)
Subject:
Granting in part petitions for rehearing, reconsideration and/or clarification of the Commission's 2/25/14 Order.
Purpose:
To grant in part petitions for rehearing, reconsideration and/or clarification of the Commission's 2/25/14 Order.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 5, 2015, adopted an order granting, in part, and denying, in part, petitions for rehearing, reconsideration and/or clarification of certain portions of the Commission's February 25, 2014 Order Taking Actions to Improve the Residential and Small Non-Residential Retail Access Markets, filed by the Retail Energy Supply Association, and the National Energy Marketers Association, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
