PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of section 106.3(l) to Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, section 18(10)
Subject:
Minimum curriculum requirements for Alcohol Training and Awareness Program (ATAP) schools.
Purpose:
To add information regarding sexual violence prevention to minimum curriculum requirements for ATAP schools.
