PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/17/22, the PSC adopted an order approving 186N6 Owner LLC's (186N6 Owner) notice of intent to submeter electricity at 186 North 6th Street, Brooklyn, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve 186N6 Owner's notice of intent to submeter electricity.
