Request for Rehearing of the 12/21/10 Order and Reaffirming Utility Shareholder Incentives
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/18/11, the PSC adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. and Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. request for rehearing of the 12/21/10 Order and reaffirming utility shareholder incentives.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
Subject:
Request for rehearing of the 12/21/10 Order and reaffirming utility shareholder incentives.
Purpose:
To approve the request for rehearing of the 12/21/10 Order and reaffirming utility shareholder incentives.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 18, 2011 adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. and Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. request for rehearing of the December 21, 2010 Order and reaffirming utility shareholder incentives instituted to ensure good performance by the utilities in the administration of Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard (EEPS) programs for the period 2009-2011, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
