EXECUTIVE ORDERS
 
Continuing the Disaster Emergency in the Counties of Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Monroe, Onondaga, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Wayne, Yates, and Contiguous Counties.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Executive Order Number 186, a disaster has heretofore been declared in Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Monroe, Onondaga, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Wayne, Yates, and contiguous counties, and has heretofore been continued by Executive Order 186.1, due to flooding, road closures, uprooted trees, and damage to infrastructure, homes, apartments, businesses, and public and private property.
WHEREAS, the flooding in the affected counties has caused significant damage to public and private infrastructure, homes, apartments, businesses and public and private property, and the State’s assistance continues to be needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ANDREW M. CUOMO, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of the State of York, after having considered all the relevant facts and circumstances, do hereby extend all the terms, conditions and directives of Executive Order 186 as amended by Executive Order 186.1, for the period from the date the disaster emergency was declared until October 20, 2018.
