Minor Rate Filing
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a proposed filing by the Village of Fairport to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its Schedule for Electric Service, P.S.C. No. 1 — Electricity.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Minor Rate Filing.
Purpose:
To increase annual electric delivery revenues by approximately $475,184 or 2.5%.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering a proposal filed by the Village of Fairport (Fairport) which would increase its annual electric revenues by about $475,184 or 2.5%. The proposed filing has an effective date of March 1, 2012. The Commission may adopt in whole or in part, modify or reject Fairport’s proposal. The Commission may apply aspects of its decision here to the requirements for tariffs of other utilities.
