PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On 9/29/14, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Durst Development LLC to submeter electricity at 625 West 57th Street, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
