The City of Jamestown is soliciting proposals from Administrative Service Agencies, Trustees and Financial Organizations for services in connection with a Deferred Compensation Plan that will meet the requirements of Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code and the “Rules and Regulations” [Parts 9000 to 9006 of Subtitle II of Title 9 NYCRR (“Subtitle II”)] promulgated by the New York State Deferred Compensation Board pursuant to the authority granted by the State Finance Law, Article 2, Section 5.

City of Rochester Request for Proposal
The City of Rochester’s Deferred Compensation Plan Committee is seeking written proposals from qualified investment advisors to provide investment advisory services for the Deferred Compensation Plan for City employees established pursuant to Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code.
The City’s Plan has two accounts, deferred compensation and deferred FICA (OBRA) with approximately 2,400 participants, and a total plan value of $193.5 million as of December 31, 2016.

Susquehanna River Basin Commission
Commission Meeting
SUMMARY: The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold its regular business meeting on June 16, 2016, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Details concerning the matters to be addressed at the business meeting are contained in the Supplementary Information section of this notice.
DATES: The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016, at 9 a.m.

Projects, the fee schedule, the guidance documents for expiring project approvals and terminating review of a project application, and amendments to the Comprehensive Plan listed for Commission action are those that were the subject of a public hearing conducted by the Commission on May 4, 2016, and identified in the notice for such hearing, which was published in 81 FR 20046, April 6, 2016.
The public is invited to attend the Commission’s business meeting. Comments on the Regulatory Program projects, the fee schedule, the guidance documents for expiring project approvals and terminating review of a project application, and amendments to the Comprehensive Plan were subject to a deadline of May 16, 2016.
