PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of sections 30-2.14 and 30-3.17 to Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 101(not subdivided), 207(not subdivided), 215(not subdivided), 305(1), (2), 3009(1), 3012-c and 3012-d; L. 2015, ch. 20, subpart C, section 3; L. 2015, ch. 56, part EE, subpart E, sections 1 and 2
Subject:
Annual professional performance reviews of classroom teachers and building principals.
Purpose:
To establish transition ratings for annual professional performance reviews conducted during a four-year transition period.
