PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 328 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, section 355(2)(b) and (h)
Subject:
Amendment to the regulations of the Board of Trustees relating to the State University of New York University Officers.
Purpose:
To delete references to outdated titles and descriptions; change appointment authority of Board and/or Chancellor.
