AMENDMENT OF RULE
Rules of the Chief Administrator
Pursuant to the authority vested in me, and upon consultation with the Administrative Board of the Courts, I hereby amend, effective immediately, section 118.1(d) of the Rules of the Chief Administrator, relating to the methods of filing an attorney registration statement, to read as follows:
118.1. Filing Requirement

(d) The registration statement shall be filed in person at the Office of Court Administration, 25 Beaver Street, 8th Floor, in the City of New York, or by means of an online program implemented by the Chief Administrator, or by ordinary mail addressed to:

AMENDMENT OF RULE
Uniform Civil Rules for the Supreme and County Courts
Pursuant to the authority vested in me, and with the advice and consent of the Administrative Board of the Courts, I hereby amend, effective immediately, section 202.16(f)(2) of the Uniform Civil Rules for the Supreme and the County Courts, relating to the preliminary conference in matrimonial actions, to read as follows:
202.16(f) Preliminary Conference.

(2)(iv) the establishment of a timetable for the completion of all disclosure proceedings..., unless otherwise shortened or extended by the court depending upon the circumstances of the case; [and]
(v) the completion of a preliminary conference order substantially in the form contained in Appendix “G” to these rules, with attachments; and
(vi) any other matters which the court shall deem appropriate.
AMENDMENT OF RULE
Uniform Civil Rules for the Supreme and County Courts
Pursuant to the authority vested in me, and upon consultation with the Administrative Board of the Courts, I hereby amend, effective immediately, section 202.58(h)(2) of the Uniform Civil Rules for the Supreme and County Courts, relating to compensation of judicial hearing officers serving as small claims tax assessment review hearing officers, to read as follows:
Judicial hearing officers appointed to hear proceedings pursuant to this section shall receive compensation as provided in section 122.8 of the rules of the Chief Administrator, or such other compensation as the Chief Administrator may direct. A location in which a hearing is held pursuant to this section shall be deemed a "facility designated for court appearances" within the meaning of section 122.8.
