Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. Interested parties may inquire if they appear on the Abandoned Property Listing by contacting the Office of Unclaimed Funds, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at:

Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority
On 1/26/11 the Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority awarded a contract to Enviro-Services & Constructors, Inc. d/b/a RRT Design & Construction, Melville, NY pursuant to section one hundred twenty-w of the general municipal law for the design, procurement, and installation of a new Single Stream Recyclables Processing System and renovations to the existing Oneida-Herkimer Recycling Center, Utica, N.Y. The validity of this contract or the procedures which led to its award may be hereafter contested only by action, suit, or proceeding commenced within sixty days after the date of this notice and only upon the ground or grounds that: (1) such award or procedure was not authorized pursuant to that section, or (2) any of the provisions of that section which should be complied with at the date of this publication have not been substantially complied with, or (3) a conflict of interest can be shown in the manner in which the contract was awarded; or by action, suit or proceeding commenced on the grounds that such contract was awarded in violation of the provisions of the Constitution.

Department of State F-2010-0892 Date of Issuance — February 16, 2011
The New York State Department of State (DOS) is required by Federal regulations to provide timely public notice for the activities described below, which are subject to the consistency provisions of the Federal Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended.
The applicant has certified that the proposed activity complies with and will be conducted in a manner consistent with the approved New York State Coastal Management Program. The applicant's consistency certification and accompanying public information and data are available for inspection at the New York State Department of State offices located at One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Avenue, in Albany, New York.
In F-2010-0892, KHM Eastern Properties, LLC, is proposing to extend existing stone rip rap 120 linear feet to the north plus a 20 linear feet return. On south side, add 20 linear feet stone return, backfill with 155cy sand fill and plant graded fill with plugs of Spartina patens 1′ on center at 153 Little Neck Road, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County.
The proposed activity would be undertaken in a State designated Coastal Erosion Hazard Area (CEHA), designated in accordance with Article 34 of the State Environmental Conservation Law and its implementing regulations in 6 NYCRR Part 505. Specifically, the beach, bluff, and nearshore area where the activity is proposed are natural protective features, and the area is a designated “Natural Protective Feature Area” and “Structural Hazard Area” delineated on the official New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Coastal Erosion Hazard Area Map Photo Number 185-800-79 sheet 2 of 7.
Any interested parties and/or agencies desiring to express their views concerning any of the above proposed activities may do so by filing their comments, in writing, no later than 4:30 p.m., 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, or, March 3, 2011.

SALE OF FOREST PRODUCTS
Otsego Reforestation Area No. 13 Contract No. X008105
Pursuant to Section 9-0505 of the Environmental Conservation Law, the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation hereby gives Public Notice for the following:
Sealed bids for 293.2 MBF, more or less, of miscellaneous softwood sawtimber; 12.6 MBF, more or less, of miscellaneous hardwood sawtimber; 432 cords, more or less, of miscellaneous softwood pulpwood; 56 cords, more or less, of miscellaneous hardwood firewood, located on Otsego Reforestation Area No. 13, Stands A-13, 14, 20, 27, 28, 29 and B-10, will be accepted at the Department of Environmental Conservation, Contract Unit, 625 Broadway, 10th Fl., Albany, NY 12233-5027 until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011.
