PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/16/10, the PSC adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 19—Electricity, effective December 28, 2010.

Subject:
Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 19—Electricity, effective 12/28/10.
Purpose:
To approve Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 19—Electricity, effective 12/28/10.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 16, 2010, adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 19—Electricity, effective December 28, 2010 to effectuate amendments to Public Service Law § 66-j Net Energy Metering for Farm Waste Electric Generating Systems and conform to changes to the Standardized Interconnection Requirements, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
