Orange and Rockland's EEPS "Fast Track" Residential Electric HVAC Program
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/16/10, the PSC adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities Inc.'s (O&R) request for clarification, and determined that O&R's target will not include any MWh's for the discontinued program.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
Subject:
Orange and Rockland's EEPS "Fast Track" Residential Electric HVAC Program.
Purpose:
To approve the request for clarification and determined that O&R's target will not include any MWh's for the discontinued program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 16, 2010 adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities Inc.’s (O&R) request for clarification, and determined that O&R’s target will not include any MWh’s for the discontinued program, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
