The persons whose names and last known addresses are set forth below appear from records of the above named Retirement System to be entitled to accumulated contributions held by said retirement system whose membership terminated pursuant to Section 517-a of the Retirement and Social Security Law on or before September 30, 2009. This notice is published pursuant to Section 109 of the Retirement and Social Security Law of the State of New York. At the expiration of six months from the date of the publication of this notice.
