A Proposal to Establish a New Crossing Charge Schedule for Use of Bridges and Tunnels Operated by TBTA
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
Repeal section 1021.1 of Title 21 of NYCRR and add a new section 1021.1 to establish a new crossing charge schedule for use of bridges and tunnels operated by the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority.
Statutory authority:
Public Authorities Law, section 553(5)
Subject:
A proposal to establish a new crossing charge schedule for use of bridges and tunnels operated by TBTA.
Purpose:
A proposal to raise additional revenue.
