Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. Interested parties may inquire if they appear on the Abandoned Property Listing by contacting the Office of Unclaimed Funds, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at:

Division of Criminal Justice Services Notice of Application for Federal Funds
Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program regarding New York State’s application for such funding, the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services (Division) hereby gives notice of the following:
On June 16th, 2010 the Division will submit a funding application requesting New York State’s federal fiscal year (FFY) 2010 award of $15,628,711 appropriated under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program. The application generally describes the proposed program activities for the 4-year grant period and the types of programs for which funding will be used.
This application is required to be made available for a 30-day period for public review and comment. Requests for copies may be made via e-mail to: [email protected] Requests may also be made in writing or by calling the Division offices during regular business hours. If a paper copy of the application is requested, a payment of $0.25 per page will be due to the Division in accordance with Public Officer Law § 87.

Department of Health
Pursuant to 42 CFR Section 447.205, the Department of Health hereby gives public notice of the following:
The Department of Health proposes to amend the Title XIX (Medicaid) State Plan with respect to the provisions of School Supportive Health Services Program (SSHSP) targeted case management services.
The New York State Department of Health (DOH) will be changing its State Medicaid Plan to eliminate School Supportive Health Services Targeted Case Management, effective July 1, 2010. Case management services including assessment, development of the plan of care, referral to needed services and monitoring will no longer be reimbursed under the Medicaid Program in accordance with the School Supportive Health Services State Plan No. 96-41. This proposed activity does not have any impact on other Medicaid services currently being provided to children in schools under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA).
The estimated annual aggregate decrease in gross Medicaid expenditures attributable to this proposed initiative is $28,920,944.
Copies of the proposed state plan amendment will be on file in each local (county) social services district and available for public review.
