Sale of Street Lighting Facilities
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering whether to approve or reject, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation for approval of the sale of its street lighting facilities in the City of Rochester to the City of Rochester.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Sale of street lighting facilities.
Purpose:
Approval for the sale of street lighting facilities to the City of Rochester.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering a petition filed by Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation (RG&E) for approval of the sale of street lighting facilities in the City of Rochester, Monroe County, to the City of Rochester for the sum of $7,060,906.83 plus any accrued taxes and associated improvements and equipment. The Commission may adopt in whole or in part, modify or reject RG&E's proposal.
