Petition for Rehearing of the Commission's December 22, 2009 Order Authorizing Bill Credits
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/15/10, the PSC adopted an order granting Multiple Intervenors' petition for rehearing to reapportion bill credits.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(2) and 65(1)
Subject:
Petition for rehearing of the Commission's December 22, 2009 Order Authorizing Bill Credits.
Purpose:
To grant Multiple Intervenors' petition for rehearing to reapportion bill credits.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 15, 2010, adopted an order granting Multiple Intervenors’ petition for rehearing of the Commission’s December 22, 2009 order to change the distribution of bill credits based upon revenues generated by each customer, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
