PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/25/10, the PSC adopted an order approving the joint proposal for Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s three-year Electric Rate Plan.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Major electric rate filing.
Purpose:
To approve a three-year Electric Rate Plan and for levelized electric rate increases in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 25, 2010, adopted an order approving the joint proposal for Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.’s three-year Electric Rate Plan and for levelized electric rate increases in 2010, 2011 and 2012, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
