PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a tariff filing by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (NFG) regarding posting instructions on its website regarding minimum flow requirements applicable to Mandatory Upstream Transmission Capacity.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
To add tariff provisions regarding posting of instructions on NFG's website regarding minimum flow requirements.
Purpose:
To ensure that suppliers utilize Mandatory Upstream Transmission capacity to deliver supplies to the system when and where needed.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a proposal filed by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (NFG) to add tariff provisions that notify suppliers that NFG may post instructions on its website designed to ensure that suppliers utilize Mandatory Upstream Transmission Capacity to deliver supplies to the system when and where needed.
