PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 127 of Title 15 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a), 469-a(1), (2) and 471-a
Subject:
Safety Hearing Notice.
Purpose:
Clarify that only hearing notices initiated through the Division of Vehicle Safety requires mailing to be done by certified mail.
