PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Subpart 7-1 and addition of Subpart 7-4 to Title 10 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Public Health Law, section 225(5)
Subject:
Temporary Residences and Mass Gatherings.
Purpose:
Amend Subpart 7-1 which includes removal of requirements for mass gatherings & relocates these requirements in new Subpart 7-4.
