On December 2, 2009 the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”) will be participating in a regional auction for the sale of carbon dioxide allowances under the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (“RGGI”) in accordance with the CO2 Allowance Auction Program (Title 21 NYCRR Part 507). The auction will be conducted on December 2, 2009, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. ET. The New York State Department of Health hereby gives notice of its intent to award funding in the amount of $47,332 to Steamer No. 10 Theatre, Inc. Grant funds will be utilized to develop a campaign, targeted for youths, to spread awareness on sexual behavior and its consequences.
