PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 302.1 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, section 355(2)(b) and (2)(h)
Subject:
State University of New York Tuition and Fees Schedule.
Purpose:
To amend the SUNY Tuition and Fees Schedule to increase tuition for resident students in graduate & professional programs.
