PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of Part 630 to Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 13.09(b) and 13.37
Subject:
Appeals process pursuant to Chapter 508, Laws of 2008.
Purpose:
To establish an appeals process to use when a person is determined not to be in need of OMRDD adult services.
