PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Addition of section 525.1(q) to Title 9 NYCRR.

To establish the process through which claimants may be reimbursed by the Board for financial counseling.
