Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/16/22, the PSC adopted an order approving 595 Dean LLC's (595 Dean) notice of intent to submeter electricity at 595 Dean Street, Brooklyn, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve 595 Dean's notice of intent to submeter electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 16, 2022, adopted an order approving 595 Dean LLC's notice of intent to submeter electricity at 595 Dean Street, Brooklyn, New York, located in the service territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
