PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/16/09, the PSC adopted an order approving the amended petition of Saratoga Water Services, Inc. & the Luther Forest Technology Campus–EDC, for an Agreement for the provision of water service & waiver of the tariff provisions for main extension.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1), 89-b and 89-c(1)
Subject:
Agreement for the provision of water service and waiver of certain tariff provisions.
Purpose:
To approve an agreement for the provision of water service and waiver of certain tariff provisions.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 16, 2009, adopted an order approving the amended petition of Saratoga Water Services, Inc. and the Luther Forest Technology Campus–EDC, for an Agreement for the provision of water service to the proposed real estate development known as Luther Forest POD 10 and waiver of the company’s tariff provisions regarding main extensions, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
