Defer Incurred Site Investigation and Remediation Costs
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On July 16, 2009, the PSC adopted an order approving, with conditions, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation's petition to extend deferral accounting for all site investigation and remediation costs, including the costs at 126 East Niagara Street.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66
Subject:
Defer incurred site investigation and remediation costs.
Purpose:
To approve with conditions, the deferral of incurred site investigation and remediation costs.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 16, 2009, adopted an order approving, with conditions, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation’s petition to extend deferral accounting for all site investigation and remediation costs, including the costs at 126 East Niagara Street, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
