PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Shinda Management Corp. on behalf of Greater Allen Cathedral Senior Res., to submeter electricity at 107-37 166th St., Jamaica, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity at a residential senior citizen facility.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Shinda Management Corp. to submeter electricity at 107-37 166th Street, Jamaica, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Shinda Management Corporation, on behalf of Greater Allen Cathedral Senior Residence, to submeter electricity at 107-37 166th Street, Jamaica, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. Greater Allen Cathedral Senior Residence operates at this location a residential senior citizen facility.
