Issuance of Long-term Indebtedness by Corning Natural Gas Corporation
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a petition of Corning Natural Gas Corporation authorizing the issuance of $7 million of long-term indebtedness.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 69
Subject:
Issuance of long-term indebtedness by Corning Natural Gas Corporation.
Purpose:
To permit Corning Natural Gas Corporation to finance transactions for purposes authorized under PSL Section 69.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering whether to approve or reject in whole or in part or modify a request sought in a petition filed by Corning Natural Gas Corporation regarding permission to issue $7,000,000 of long-term debt.
