PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/18/09, the PSC adopted an order approving System Benefits Charge (SBC) funding for a Workforce Development Program to be administered by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(2) and 66(2)
Subject:
System Benefits Charge (SBC) funding for a Workforce Development Program.
Purpose:
To establish System Benefits Charge (SBC) funding for a Workforce Development Program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 18, 2009, adopted an order approving System Benefits Charge (SBC) funding for a Workforce Development Program to be administered by NYSERDA, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
