Transfer of Property
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 5/14/09, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, the petition of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid for the transfer of approximately 53 acres of property to the City of North Tonawanda, NY.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Transfer of property.
Purpose:
To approve, with modifications, the transfer of approximately 53 acres of property to the City of North Tonawanda, NY.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on May 14, 2009, adopted an order approving, with modifications, the petition of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid for the transfer of approximately 53 acres of property, commonly known as Gratwick Riverside Park, located in North Tonawanda, New York, to the City of North Tonawanda, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
