PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Parts 43 and 68 of Title 15 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a), 375(4), (36) and 376
Subject:
Slow-moving emblems and lighting equipment on agricultural vehicles.
Purpose:
Makes conforming amendments to Parts 43 and 68 in light of Chapter 350 of the Laws of 2008.
