PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 5823.2 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Executive Law, section 435(1)(a)
Subject:
Allowing audible alert on electronic bingo aids when a winning pattern has been obtained.
Purpose:
To amend the Board's bingo rules to allow audible alerts on electronic bingo aids and to correct a typographical error.
