Petition for the Submetering of Electricity at Commercial Property
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Corning Property Management Corp., to submeter electricity at One Museum Way, in Corning, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1) and 67(1)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity at commercial property.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Corning Property Management Corp., to submeter electricity at One Museum Way, in Corning, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Corning Property Management Corporation, a subsidiary of Corning Inc., to submeter electricity at One Museum Way, commercial property, in Corning, New York, located in the territory of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation.
