Petition for the Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by AMPS, on behalf of Park Imperial Condominium, to submeter electricity at 230 West 56th Street, in New York, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of AMPS on behalf of Park Imperial to submeter electricity at 230 W. 56th Street, in New York, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by American Metering & Planning Services, Inc. on behalf of Park Imperial Condominium to submeter electricity at 230 West 56th Street, in New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
