PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of sections 191-3.1(d) and 191-3.2 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Real Property Tax Law, section 202(1)(l)
Subject:
Residential Assessment Ratios.
Purpose:
To repeal sections 191-3.1(d) and 191-3.2 of Title 9 NYCRR, which have become obsolete.
