PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 302.2(b) of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, section 355(2)(b) and (h)
Subject:
State University of New York Tuition Refund Policy.
Purpose:
Limit time period for tuition refunds based on hardship to one year following the term for which the tuition is due.
