Petition for the Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On January 15, 2009, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of East Coast 5 LLC, to submeter electricity at 46-30 Center Boulevard, Long Island City, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To grant the petition of East Coast 5 LLC, to submeter electricity at 46-30 Center Boulevard, Long Island City, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 15, 2009, adopted an order approving a petition by East Coast 5 LLC, to submeter electricity at 46-30 Center Boulevard, Long Island City, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
