PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of sections 616.2(c), 616.5(e), (f), (g), 616.8(i) and 616.9(b)(3)(i) - (iv); amendment of sections 616.3(a)-(c), 616.5, 616.8(a), (d)-(h), 616.9(b)(2), (3), 616.21(b), 616.23(a), 616.28(a); and repeal of section 616.23(b) of Title 6 NYCRR.

Environmental Conservation Law, section 3-0301(2)(a); Public Officers Law, section 87, 89, 94, 95 and 96; and L. 2005, ch. 22
