On 4/19/12, the PSC adopted an order approving, in part, Verizon New York Inc.'s request for a waiver of Performance Assurance Plan results for August 2011.

The Commission, on April 19, 2012, adopted an order approving, in part, Verizon New York Inc.'s request for a waiver of Performance Assurance Plan results for August 2011, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
