PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 127.2 of Title 1 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Agriculture and Markets Law, sections 18, 164 and 167
Subject:
Deregulation of host materials (potatoes, tomatoes and eggplants) and soil.
Purpose:
Lifting the golden nematode quarantine in portions of Steuben and Livingston Counties.
