Partnership for Distributed Generation Pilot Program
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a proposal filed by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its Schedule for Gas Service - P.S.C. No. 8.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Partnership for Distributed Generation pilot program.
Purpose:
To extend the Partnership for Distributed Generation pilot program for another three years.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering a proposal filed by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (National Fuel) to extend, for an additional three years, its Partnership for Distributed Generation pilot program. The program is scheduled to end March 31, 2009. The Commission may approve, reject or modify, in whole or in part, National Fuel's request.
