Mini Rate Filing
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a proposed filing by The Fishers Island Electric Corporation to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its Schedule for Electric Service, P.S.C. No. 1 - Electricity.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Mini Rate Filing.
Purpose:
To increase annual electric revenues by approximately $300,000 or 19 percent.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a proposed filing by The Fishers Island Electric Corporation (Fishers Island) to increase its annual electric revenues by approximately $300,000 or 19%. The proposed filing has an effective date of July 1, 2009. The Commission may approve, reject or modify, in whole or in part, Fishers Island's request.
