Amendment of Appendix 1 of Title 4 NYCRR.

Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To delete a position from the exempt class.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the exempt class, in the Education Department under the subheading "New York State Higher Education Services Corporation," by deleting therefrom the position of Associate Counsel.
