PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a proposal filed by Massena Electric Department to revise the method of computing the monthly Purchased Power Adjustment.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Purchased Power Adjustment.
Purpose:
To revise the method of computing the monthly Purchased Power Adjustment.
Substance of proposed rule:
The commission is considering Massena Electric Department's (Massena) proposal to revise the method of computing the monthly Purchased Power Adjustment. The Commission may approve, reject or modify, in whole or in part Massena's request.
